Osallistuvat maat olivat Suomi, Liettua ja Ruotsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hanke keskittyi maahanmuuttajiin ty\u00f6llisyyden ja osallisuuden kehitt\u00e4miseen hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 kokemusper\u00e4ist\u00e4 tietoa, mik\u00e4 on olennaista palveluiden kehitt\u00e4misess\u00e4, asenteiden muuttamisessa ja ymm\u00e4rryksen lis\u00e4\u00e4misess\u00e4 ihmisten el\u00e4m\u00e4n aikana kohtaamista haasteista. Hankkeen tavoitteena oli kouluttaa hankemaissa asuvia kokemusasiantuntijoiksi maahanmuuttajataustaisia henkil\u00f6it\u00e4, jotka jo omasivat taustaa kotoutuimsen ja ty\u00f6llisyyden saralla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hankkeen aikana kehitettiin metodologia ja\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/become-ie-expert.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kurssi<\/a>\u00a0, joka perustui kokonaisvaltaiseen <em>kokonaisvaltaiseen Kotoutuminen-Ty\u00f6llisyys-Hyvinvointi -malliin <\/em>and was tailored to individuals with their unique immigrant experiences. Blended\u00a0course\u00a0materials were developed and tested in the partner countries.
