This situation restricts their career prospects and reduces the ability of labour markets to meet the increasing demand for skilled workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">During 2025-2026, Career Compass will:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct in-depth research on barriers in Denmark, Finland, and Lithuania<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage policymakers, labour market organisations, and education providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produce a policy report with evidence-based recommendations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective is to promote systemic solutions that improve access to vocational education and create fairer career pathways for young migrant workers across the region.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Building Fair Career Pathways for Young Migrant Workers Career Compass is a Nordplus Horizontal project coordinated by Aalborg Institute for Development in cooperation with What The Finland (Finland) and V\u0161\u012e Inovacij\u0173 biuras \/ Innovation Office (Lithuania).
