They arrive with education, skills, and motivation. Yet too often, they\u2019re seen only as a fit for low-paid jobs, or as risks, not resources.<br><br>Even universities that actively recruit international students often fall short in creating real pathways to employment, entrepreneurship, or long-term integration after graduation.<br><br>The result? People fall through the cracks. They feel invisible, and not because they lack ability, but because the system doesn\u2019t expect them to succeed here.<br><br>At What the Finland, we choose a different path. Through our WENI platform \u2013 We Network International \u2013 we are co-creating a community where immigrants are recognized as capable, creative, and full of potential.<br><br>We offer more than advice.
