The insights were shared by employment organizations, municipalities, NGOs and educational organizations representatives.<br><br>The productive discussion focused on barriers affecting young migrant workers\u2019 transition from low-skilled jobs to sustainable career pathways across the region:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>1. Language barriers;<br>2. Skills recognition;<br>3. Working conditions;<br>4. Access to information;<br>5. Career progression obstacles;<br>6. Psychological wellbeing and mental health issues.<br><br>Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed valuable insights, experiences, and expertise.
