At What The Finland, we are committed to protecting children from all forms of harm and ensuring their safe, dignified participation in all our programmes. It applies to all staff, volunteers, partners, contractors, interns, and anyone representing our organisation. This Policy also applies to all events, online activities, and external partnerships.
We put children’s safety and well-being first. All interactions are safe, respectful, and protective, and our staff, volunteers, and partners are carefully trained, vetted, and supported. Concerns are reported immediately to our Child Protection Officer, handled confidentially, and followed up appropriately. Personal data is stored securely, and the policy is regularly reviewed and publicly available. Everyone representing our organisation – including staff, volunteers, and partners – commits to these standards.
