YOUTH
What the Finland (WTFin) is dedicated to supporting young people in areas such as employment, entrepreneurship, education, and wellbeing. The organization provides hands-on learning experiences, including science-themed camps, school practice placements, and project-based activities, designed to develop practical skills and prepare youth for future careers.
WTFin offers mentoring, coaching, and guidance programs that help young people build resilience, practical skills, and social responsibility, while promoting safe and supportive environments. Inclusive activities ensure that all youth, including those with disabilities, feel socially included and empowered to participate fully in society.
The organization also implements mental health–related cultural projects, where arts and culture are used as tools for expression, recovery, and engagement, allowing youth to explore their creativity and strengthen wellbeing.
In 2024, WTFin participated in a pilot project with the City of Vaasa and Ostrobothnia Associations to develop youth activities aimed at promoting wellbeing and inclusivity, demonstrating its commitment to collaborative, community-based approaches.
