This week we had the pleasure of hosting the Career Compass project roundtable, bringing together education providers, integration specialists, city and labour organisation representatives, and other key stakeholders.
We had a truly passionate and active discussion, reflecting perspectives from both immigrants and local actors. Together we:
– Reviewed the project’s key results
– Validated policy recommendations
– Discussed concrete next steps to improve labour market integration and career pathways
It was inspiring to see such an open, solution-focused exchange, with participants sharing real experiences and practical ideas for change.
We believe in change, and these are the first steps. Soon we will host an international online event — stay tuned!
